Assembly Operator and Lamination Operator positions

Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Assembly Operators and Lamination Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components, operating lamination equipment, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the production process. Duties Assemble parts and components accurately according to detailed drawings, utilizing hand tools and precision measuring instruments Operate lamination machinery, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and maintenance for optimal performance Read and interpret work instructions and technical specifications to ensure correct assembly and lamination procedures Handle materials safely using lifts and other materials handling equipment; assist with inventory management Conduct quality control inspections throughout production using precision measuring tools; document findings accurately for process improvements Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols; perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred; familiarity with assembly line operations is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing processes Use of precise measurement tools for quality assurance checks Experience with materials handling equipment such as lifts and tuggers Basic math skills for measurements and calculations; familiarity with quality control procedures using precision instruments Excellent hand-eye coordination with the ability to use hand tools efficiently Strong communication skills; ability to work effectively within a team on fast-paced assembly or lamination lines Join our innovative manufacturing team where your skills will directly impact the creation of high-quality products. Pay:

$23.28 - $28.53 per hour
