We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to join our fabrication team and assist with product assembly, prototyping, and workshop operations. This is not a traditional desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys building things, working with tools, solving problems, and contributing to real-world product development. Responsibilities Assemble and fabricate photobooth products and custom enclosures Assist with workshop operations and product builds Use power tools and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Support prototyping and product development projects Assist with CAD modifications and design updates Operate and maintain 3D printers Help improve workflow efficiency and organization within the shop Work alongside our lead builder on new product concepts and builds Qualifications Comfortable working with power tools and in a fabrication/shop environment Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Able to lift and move equipment/materials up to 50 lbs Basic understanding of fabrication, assembly, or product building CAD experience preferred (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar) Familiarity with 3D printing and prototyping is a plus Strong craftsmanship and pride in quality work Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Preferred Background Product design, fabrication, industrial design, maker-space, or engineering-related experience preferred but not required Ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience building real products Why Join Us Work on unique custom products used at real events and activations Fast-paced startup-style environment with room for growth Opportunity to contribute directly to product development and innovation Hands-on experience with fabrication, prototyping, and manufacturing
