Our organization is committed to offering the finest weighing, packaging and robotic palletizing solutions as well as providing replacement parts and service to our customers nationwide when needed. Job Summary All Weigh Automation is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our team. The Assembly Technician is responsible for sub-assembly and final assembly of All Weigh Automation products used in weighing, packaging, and robotic palletizing solutions. This position has a future growth trajectory into a Field Service Technician that would require up to 75% travel. Key Responsibilities Assembling complex mechanical, electrical, or electronic components according to technical specifications Accurately interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assembly drawings Follow documented procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively Inspect parts and materials for defects prior to assembly to ensure quality standards are met Follow safety procedures, clean work areas, and contribute to maintaining an organized production environment Meet daily or weekly production targets while adhering to manufacturing and quality standards Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical documentation Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on assembly experience Familiarity with industry-specific tools and equipment Good communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Technical certification or vocational training in assembly or a related field Experience in a similar assembly role Physical Requirements Must be physically present at the All Weigh Automation facility to perform work related tasks Lift and carry up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques Use arms, hands, legs, and feet to bend, stretch, lift, grasp, climb, sit, and stand with or without corrective devices Ability to remain in a stationary position (standing or sitting at a workbench) for extended periods, with scheduled breaks Capacity to perform repetitive tasks involving the hands, wrists, and fingers for the duration of the shift What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Company sponsored health insurance plan Opportunities for professional growth and technical development Collaborative team environment Exposure to advanced automation and robotic technologies Retirement savings plan with company match Generous paid time off and holidays
