Assembly Technician

Position Overview Mitchell Golf is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production shop team. We build precision equipment used by club building professionals, hobbyists, and the PGA Tour—quality matters in everything we produce. This is a hands-on, utility role within the shop. You'll support assembly, inventory, and shipping while developing the skills to build a wide range of Mitchell Golf machines and club-building tools. Most team members start with sub-assembly work and grow into full machine builds over time. This role requires the ability to work with both accuracy and urgency in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble sub-components and sub-assemblies, with progression toward full machine builds Learn and support the build process across multiple machines and product lines Follow work instructions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality Support inventory organization, counting, and stock maintenance Prepare and package outgoing orders (small parcel and pallet shipments) Build and wrap pallets for larger shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Assist across the shop as needed to keep production moving What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable with a consistent work ethic and attendance Willingness to learn multiple processes and take on new responsibilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a hands-on, active shop environment Preferred (Not Required) Experience with basic hand tools Background in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse work What Success Looks Like Work is completed accurately with minimal errors or rework You become capable of building across multiple products over time You stay organized and handle shifting priorities without losing focus You take ownership of your role and contribute to team success Why Mitchell Golf At Mitchell Golf, we build tools that directly impact how golf clubs are built and perform.
