Office Manager Join a Team That Turns Assets Into Opportunity At Hansen Auction Group, every successful auction starts behind the scenes — and the Asset Coordinator plays a key role in making it happen. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who enjoys organization, equipment, teamwork, and delivering a great customer experience. If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy working both indoors and outdoors, and want to be part of a growing auction team, this role offers meaningful work with real impact. What You'll Do Prepare Assets for Auction Success Organize, tag, and track equipment and assets entering the auction process Photograph items to highlight key features and condition Upload photos and detailed information into auction software Write clear, accurate, and professional item descriptions Verify serial numbers, model information, and condition details Support Customers & Auction Operations Assist buyers in locating and retrieving purchased items Help coordinate safe and efficient loading during pick-up Serve as cashier during off-site pick-up events when needed Be visible and available during open houses to answer questions Help ensure a smooth, positive experience for both buyers and sellers What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of farm and/or heavy equipment preferred (but not required) Experience in auction, equipment, inventory, warehouse, or customer service environments is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Clear written communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Work Environment This is an active, hands-on role. Regular work outdoors in varying weather conditions Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, and crouching Ability to lift 30+ pounds Work around industrial equipment, moving mechanical parts, and loud environments Why Join Hansen Auction Group?
