Job Description

Priestley Management Company has been a leader in community association management since 1990. Our mission is to provide superior customer service while preserving, protecting and enhancing the value of our customer's asset. We achieve this using a team approach to provide the following services to homeowner associations throughout
North Carolina:
physical property management, financial services, administrative services and technology services. We are currently seeking an Assistant Association Manager for our Wilmington office. Your contribution to the team as an Assistant Association Manager Assist with coordinating, performing, and documenting community inspections for capital improvements/maintenance projects and/or violations Understand community governing documents, architectural guidelines, maintenance responsibilities and policies Communicate with customer service team on creating, managing, and closing work orders Handle violation letters and fines, close violations Communicate with board members, committee members, and homeowners Handle architectural request documentation and correspondence with committee members and homeowners Fulfill questionnaire orders Track and update Association insurance Track and update vendor insurance and information Manage clubhouse rentals Manage clubhouse/pool access systems Scan and maintain association files Update Board information, committee directories, and FAQs Assist in preparation of board meeting packages, community mailings, and meeting scheduling Provide support creating newsletters and community notices Update Association websites including monthly financials, board/annual meeting minutes, calendar events, amendments to guidelines/governing documents, Skills for success Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong conflict resolution skills Strong customer service skills Strong multi-tasking and time management skills Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Office
