Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Manager to help lead our team and support the Center Manager in daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a passion for developing others while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Center Manager in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists. Ensure exceptional guest service is consistently delivered. Drive daily sales goals and membership growth. Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and administrative duties. Handle guest concerns or escalations with professionalism and urgency. Ensure compliance with all company policies and brand standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming center environment.

Qualifications:

1+ year of retail, spa, or hospitality management experience preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficient in POS systems Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
