As needed Days Worked (Check all that apply): Varies Position Purpose The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach assists in the overall organization, and administration of Mansfield University's NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Program. Duties may include (but are not limited to): recruiting student athletes within the rules and philosophy of the NCAA, PSAC and Mansfield; evaluating player talent- both academically and athletically; emphasizing academic priorities to student athletes; helping to organize/conduct all practices; scouting and providing appropriate strategy for competitive (game) success; related administrative tasks; assisting with fundraising initiatives; and maintaining appropriate communication with students, other coaches, university staff, parents, and alumni.
