Your Role:

Assist the Dietary Director with daily operations of the dietary department Help supervise dietary staff and support scheduling needs Ensure meals are prepared and served according to residents' dietary plans Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and infection control standards Monitor kitchen cleanliness and food storage procedures Assist with inventory, ordering, and supply management Help ensure compliance with state and federal dietary regulations Support a positive dining experience for residents and guests Step into leadership responsibilities in the Dietary Director's absence

Who We're Looking For:

Previous dietary or food service experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable, team-oriented, and compassionate Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service Ready to Take the Next Step?
