We are a 24/7 facility , so flexibility for evenings, overnight, or weekend shifts is a plus. Responsibilities Assist with daily center operations and staff management Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations Support scheduling and classroom coverage Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility Communicate professionally with parents and staff Assist with enrollment, records, and reporting Support staff training and development Qualifications Previous childcare leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Knowledge of childcare licensing regulations CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
