The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties: Assist in the direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents. Implementing nursing services, objections and standards; resolving resident care issues. Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines. Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced. Provide direct nursing care to residents residing in the facility The successful candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility Must have excellent computer and communication skills. Must be able to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.
