Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to join our healthcare team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, support nursing staff, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. Duties Assist the Director of Nursing in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance clinical quality and operational efficiency Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies Support budgeting processes by managing resource allocation and controlling departmental expenses Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to promote professional development and high-performance teams Coordinate educational programs, including ongoing training and university-based teaching initiatives for nursing students and staff Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics and implementing best practices Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans and improve service delivery Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred Valid nursing license with active clinical practice experience Proven management skills with experience in healthcare or educational administration Strong leadership abilities with a track record of guiding teams toward shared goals Experience working within university settings or teaching environments is highly desirable Excellent strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders Join us to make a meaningful impact in healthcare education and patient care!
