In this position, you will assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of resident care throughout our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a motivated, organized leader who can make sound clinical decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive nursing excellence.

Qualifications:

Active State RN or LPN license required Skilled nursing / long-term care experience required Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills Ability to work collaboratively with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
