Job Description

$7,500 Sign on Bonus! This position is responsible to assist the D.O.N. in the overall management of nursing department services. Must have an active Registered Nurse license in good standing in Illinois. Previous managerial nursing experience in a long term care setting is preferred but not required. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with peers, line staff personnel, residents, family members, visitors and other outside health care providers. Must possess leadership and supervisory skills as well as excellent written and verbal skills. Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM Call every 5th-6th weekend
