Negotiable We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
ADON / MDS
Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team. This dual-role position supports the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations while overseeing the MDS and care planning process to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Assist with daily nursing department operations and staff supervision Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Coordinate MDS assessments and interdisciplinary care plans Lead care plan and Medicare/Utilization Review meetings Monitor resident care, assessments, and documentation accuracy Support QAPI and performance improvement initiatives Conduct nursing rounds and staff education as needed Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams Qualifications Current RN license in practicing state Minimum 2 years of MDS experience in long-term care Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of MDS, Medicare, and long-term care regulations CPR Certification required Benefits Competitive Pay 401(k) Paid Time Off Supportive Leadership Team Positive Work Environment Additional Incentives
