Assistant Finance Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Finance person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a background in sales and finance . Your primary responsibilities will be to maximize profitability while assisting the finance manager by selling finance and products to customers. They must understand the day to day of dealership operations, including sales, compliance, credit policies and inventory control. Responsibilities Reviewing and understanding customers' credit scores and financial situations Negotiating and finalizing finance deals with customers and lenders Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources and banks Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties Ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Developing and maintaining relationships with banking, lending, and finance institutions Understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial concepts and trends within the industry to enhance organizational performance.
