Assistant FOH Manager

Days and Times required for this position: Wednesdays 2:00pm-Close Fridays 5:00pm-Volume Saturdays 1:00pm - Volume Sundays 1:00pm - Close Job Overview As Assistant Front of House Manager, you will be the vibrant part of The Palisades Restaurant, ensuring that every guest experiences exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. You will help lead a great team, overseeing daily operations and creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality. What you'll do Work with FOH Manager to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate transactions through POS systems. Conduct inventory control to maintain stock levels and minimize waste. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care. Implement health and safety regulations in compliance with food handling standards. Coordinate special events, banquets, and catering services to enhance guest experiences. Experience Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management is a bonus but we are willing to train. Strong background in customer service with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Demonstrate ability in staff training, development, and shift management. Experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Culinary experience or kitchen management knowledge is a plus but not necessary.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
