103 Hill Street, Kersey, CO 80644 Assistant Food & Beverage Manager As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager , you'll support the main ingredient for success by ensuring everything is seasoned to perfection in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines. Alongside the Food & Beverage Manager and Store Manager, you'll assist with training Stinker team members. With your attention to detail, you'll keep things fresh in a safe and sanitary environment, all while delivering a flavorful customer experience. Provide input on food service trends and results to support action plans prepared by the Food & Beverage Manager. Support skunktastic 24/7 execution of all food service programs to assist with ordering, inventory control, production planning, product handling, product rotations and dating, and display setting Prioritize food safety by adhering to proper food preparation guidelines, monitor food time/temperature standards and follow required label and time processes

Make food, obviously. You'll learn the full Pete's Eats menu and work with Store Leadership to ensure the store offerings match what customers are buying using store production lists. Ensure routine maintenance and upkeep of food service equipment and facilities Provide guidance and support associates' proficiency in executing our Stinkin' tasty food programs by following the training plans and upholding standards for all food service team members. Execute safety, security, and quality procedures by ensuring alignment with company policies. What You'll Need Prior food service experience a plus. Ability to learn new concepts and stay organized, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while multitasking

Requirements Must be at least 19 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of retail, food & beverage, or convenience store experience required. You don't need to be an Olympic athlete, but you do need to be able to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., and work from floor to eye level. Able to work in a cooler or freezer at temperatures as low as 0 degrees Fahrenheit (hey, at least it's not Antarctica).
