is opening soon and looking for a service-hearted leader for the Assistant General Manager position to join our family based team. We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing individual with a passion for the hospitality industry to join us in our pursuit to deliver an exceptional hotel experience while upholding the company's core principles and culture. As the Assistant General Manager , you play an essential role in taking care of our #1 asset: our people. You will be assisting the General Manager in training and managing the front desk and housekeeping departments. We encourage any new coaching and development opportunities you may bring that will deliver exceptional customer service. We are managed by Waterview Hospitality LLC which is based in St Petersburg, FL and welcome anyone with a can-do attitude to our team. Requirements :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Mature, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong time management skills Ability to work with minimal supervision. Self-Starter Experience with OPERA or similar operating systems Prefer 3 years' hotel experience in front and back office, including management experience. Flexibility with hours Leadership strengths with the ability to make common sense decisions.
