The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a fast-paced environment. We're a growing, founder-driven hospitality outfit looking for the next generation of incredible leaders. We're seeking positive, driven, and naturally hospitable Assistant General Managers who love to serve. Qualifications (You MUST): Bring at least three (3) years of previous experience as an Assistant General Manager in a high-volume restaurant Have proven leadership skills Excel at coaching, training, and developing our people to deliver excellence at every level Bring a minimum of three (3) years of P&L responsibilities Be positive and hospitable by nature Be responsive and adaptable Bring an understanding of financial aspects and business operations of restaurants Be authorized to work in the U.S. Responsibilities (You MUST): Positively lead, develop, and inspire your entire team Oversee Management team (including Management payroll & scheduling) Meet and exceed financial and profitability goals Oversee inventory, quality, and safety Control all food and labor costs Grow a deep bench of future leaders Manage the physical building/facility "WOW" our guests at every turn
