Duties Job duties to Housekeeping Department, Food & Beverage Department Oversight of Front Desk Operations Assist with follow-through and consistency on projects Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service Help train and develop team members in various roles Procurement Oversee shift management to ensure smooth transitions between team members Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the establishment Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies for improvement Any other requirements by ownership and General Manager Experience Previous experience in Hilton brand is strongly preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
