My firm is working with a growing fitness club who is looking for an AGM This role will be responsible for
Team & People Management:
Maintains managerial oversight for the front desk Recruits, interviews and hire staff Schedules all front desk employees Front Desk Management Connect with members Assist in driving monthly and yearly financial performance of the club Facilities Management - including safety, cleanliness, organized, well stocked, etc You must have: Leadership and people management including leading, coaching and motivating teams to achieve goals and objectives in a consumer-facing service-oriented environment in the fitness industry This role is onsite daily
