We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager with a strong lodging and hospitality background to help lead daily operations across our lodging, food & beverage, and retail departments. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in one of the country's most scenic and historic destinations. The Assistant General Manager will partner closely with the General Manager to support operational excellence, team leadership, financial performance, and guest satisfaction while helping create a welcoming and memorable experience for every visitor. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations across lodging, food & beverage, and retail departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency Lead, coach, and develop team members by supporting recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management initiatives Maintain high standards of guest service and respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and concerns Assist with financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, inventory controls, and performance reporting Partner with the General Manager and corporate leadership to implement operational goals, drive revenue growth, and support business initiatives Collaborate with vendors, business partners, and on-site teams to ensure smooth and efficient property operations Help identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction, operational performance, and revenue generation across departments Please Note In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, potential temporary housing accommodations are available. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of hospitality leadership experience, with strong lodging or hotel operations experience required Experience supporting multi-department operations, including accommodations, food & beverage, and retail, strongly preferred Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining high guest service standards Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, labor management, and operational analysis preferred Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is a plus Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by law.
