The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, effective communication, and a passion for mentoring student athletes. Experience as a coach, collaboration with staff, and community engagement are preferred. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain the Following
NFHS / OSAA
Certifications:
  • OSAA Beyond the Scoreboard or NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching
  • NFHS Anabolic Steroids & Performance Enhancing Substances
  • NFHS Concussion in Sports
  • NFHS Heat Illness Prevention
  • OSAA Interrupting Discriminatory Acts
  • Mini-Bus certification
  • Safe Schools state-required courses
  • Current First-Aid Card CUHS Stipend Schedule Description Base Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5 Step 6 Step 7 Step 8 Step 9 Step 10 Assistant Coach HS $ 4,000.
