Overview A qualified applicant should be dedicated, goal oriented, and have background in the game of golf. Among the basic requirements of the job are assisting with all the different types of activity at the golf shop. Experience Required Will participate in the PGA PGM Program High school diploma, GED or equivalent Good oral and written communication skills Attention to detail Task follow through Organization skils Computer skills Good rapport with members & guests Essential Responsibilities Assist the Dir. of Golf/Head Professional in managing the golf operation Assist in overseeing daily operations Manage golf tournaments Assist in merchandising Monitoring play and club rule enforcement Help with new member onboarding Teach individual and group lessons Supervise and manage outside service staff Work to achieve PGA Membership Dedication to the game of golf Benefits Use of facility privileges Meals while on duty 401K PGA Dues Staff Uniforms Merchandise Discounts Health Benefits Professional Education
