Job description:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Assistant Groundskeeper to help maintain and care for a working farm property. This position involves a combination of landscaping, property maintenance, and general farm duties. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable around farm environments, and is willing to assist with daily operations to keep the farm clean, organized, and running smoothly. Responsibilities may include maintaining fields and outdoor areas, assisting with planting and watering, repairing fences, moving supplies or materials, operating basic farm and landscaping equipment, and helping with seasonal farm projects. Candidates should be self-motivated, reliable, and able to perform physical work in varying weather conditions. Responsibilities Mowing, trimming, edging, and lawn maintenance Maintaining farm grounds, fences, and outdoor areas Assisting with planting, watering, and seasonal farm tasks Removing debris and keeping the property clean and organized Assisting with irrigation and general farm upkeep Operating landscaping equipment and tools safely Hauling materials and assisting with general labor projects Supporting seasonal farm and property maintenance needs Qualifications Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or farm experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work independently and follow instructions Valid driver's license preferred
