Assistant Hotel General Manager

• Job Summary:

• Join our team as an Assistant General Manager at The Woods Inn, where you will lead the overall operations and uphold exceptional standards in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong background in Hotels, Catering, Cash handling, Bartending, Inventory management, Restaurant operations, Kitchen management, Food service, Fine dining, Hospitality, and Food handling. Competitive compensation and benefits package offered. Pay is 60k to 80k, experience dependent

• Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment
• Lead and mentor a team of employees to deliver top-notch customer service and maintain high-quality standards
• Implement effective strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all operational areas
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role within the industry
• Proficiency in Catering, Cash handling, Bartending, Inventory management, Restaurant operations, Kitchen management, Food service, Fine dining, Hospitality, Food handling
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
