Join our dynamic Rooms Team as an Assistant Front Office Manager at the Hyatt Regency DFW , conveniently located directly across from Terminal C at DFW International Airport . With 811 guest rooms and over 92,000 square feet of meeting and event space , our hotel is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where service excellence and teamwork thrive. Click HERE About the Role The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping department, helping to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. This leader plays a key role in maintaining Hyatt's high standards while fostering a positive, team-focused environment. You'll partner closely with the Executive Housekeeper to oversee colleagues, drive efficiency, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and overnight cleaning Inspect guestrooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards Support inventory control of housekeeping and laundry supplies, including par levels and ordering Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and sanitation procedures Supervise, train, and develop housekeeping colleagues to promote strong performance and engagement Assist with scheduling, payroll processing, and labor management Monitor VIP arrivals and special guest needs, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to support overall hotel operations Help drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency Qualifications Bi-lingual Preferred 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds. Service oriented style with professional presentations skills Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills At Hyatt, we believe in the power of belonging - of making people feel at home no matter where they are in the world.
