Job Description

Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 3951 Taylorsville rd. location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresManage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsRun shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and deliveryHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsInteract professionally with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfactionAnswer phones and process customer orders accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist in training and developing new team membersImplement and enforce company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performanceContribute to inventory management and stock controlQualificationsProven experience in customer service or food service industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in math and problem-solvingAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and qualityPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsBasic computer skills for order processing and inventory managementHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Food safety certification (preferred)Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiencesAdditional InformationWhat are we looking for? Assistant Manager:
  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
  • A great role model - you're the person everyone will look to. From being on time for your shift, to having a great attitude to customers and co-workers and even how you dress - you have to have high standards for yourself and the rest of the team.
  • You have to be at least 18 years old.
