They must be a team player and understand what retail is about. Selling is the number one job this person is responsible for then the day to day jobs of retail management. • Hiring, Training, Scheduling, Opening and Closing We are open 7 days and week and most holidays. This job will require at least one weekend day and at peak season both weekend days. We do offer compensation toward insurances (Health and dental). We do offer an employer match 401K as well as paid vacation time if the person stays in a full time position for 6 months with a 38 hour average per week.
