Assistant Manager

Raises based upon store performance and your performance. Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following: Believing and living Zaxby's mission statement and Core Values Adherence to company's policies and guidelines Enhancing each guests' experience and exceeding their expectations Training incoming crew members and continuous training with current crew members Supervise all FOH and BOH operations Build and maintain positive work relationships among crew members Report directly to the General Manager Perform daily administrative activities Follow all safety and maintenance procedures Assist in the direct supervision of 15-30 employees Assist with increasing sales by providing outstanding product and service Assist in providing Team Members with the appropriate training Varied schedule - work lunch, dinner and weekends Ensure a clean, organized restaurant, prepared to deliver quality food and Encore service. Have a good working knowledge of all equipment; assist in preventive maintenance of units Communicate openly and honestly with subordinates, superiors and all others.
