This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting the service team in achieving performance goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong accountability, and is committed to continuous improvement and team development. Key Responsibilities Assist the Service Manager in overseeing daily service department operations Support scheduling, dispatching, and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Monitor repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and timely processing Coach and support service advisors and technicians to meet performance expectations Help manage department metrics, including labor sales, efficiency, and customer retention Maintain compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and safety regulations Step in to manage operations in the absence of the Service Manager Qualifications Previous experience in automotive service (advisor, dispatcher, or management role preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment High level of accountability and attention to detail Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK experience a plus) Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer Competitive compensation (salary + performance incentives) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization Why Join Us?
