What You'll Do:

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in running day-to-day operations while leading your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting in managing staff and restaurant operations Ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction Coordinating employee schedules and assisting with payroll Helping with inventory control and supply orders Training, coaching, and developing team members Addressing customer feedback professionally and effectively

What You Bring:

1-2 years of supervisory experience in the fast-food or restaurant industry Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of payroll and financial processes High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
