As an Assistant Manager at Jamba Juice, you help bring the energy, oversee daily operations, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. You play a key role in leading the team, developing talent, and keeping things running smoothly while upholding the fresh and vibrant spirit of the Jamba brand. In this role, you will: Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations and team management Lead by example and inspire team members to deliver outstanding guest service Support hiring, training, and scheduling to build a high-performing team Monitor inventory, prep, and cleanliness to maintain top standards Address guest feedback with care, speed, and professionalism Track store performance and help implement strategies for improvement Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k)

Retirement Plan Pay Range:

  $17.13 per hour   -   $20.13 per hour

Physical Requirements This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
