You'll help keep the shop humming, the team motivated, and the guests smiling — while still jumping in to make the magic happen yourself. What You'll Do Lead daily operations to deliver top-notch guest experiences and high-quality food, every time. Oversee service speed, product quality, and cleanliness across all areas. Support sales-driving initiatives — promotions, new products, and loyalty programs. Manage
FOH & BOH
operations, including scheduling and labor control. Ensure smooth order fulfillment across dine-in, to-go, online, curbside, and delivery. Keep the dining room, prep areas, and storage up to health and safety standards. Complete daily paperwork accurately and on time. Enforce and model cash-handling procedures. Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members — keeping morale high and turnover low. Build a positive, team-focused atmosphere where everyone feels respected and valued. Step in as acting manager when needed, keeping everything on track. What We're Looking For Leadership skills with a guest-first mindset. Ability to balance people, product, and profitability. Experience in food service or retail leadership is a plus. Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Dependable, adaptable, and ready to set the tone for the team.
