Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving inquiries, and promoting company products or services.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
