• Full-time Louie's Kitchen & Bar is located in Flying Hills along the beautiful Flying Hills golf course and pool.

We are a Philly themed sports bar, serving up wings, award-winning burgers and Philly classics such as cheesesteaks, roast pork, and more! Highlighting local fresh ingredients, sprits, wine and beer. Louie's features a 85 person dining room, 55 seat bar room and a large outdoor deck that seats up to 75. We also service the golfers for Flying Hills Golf Course, as well as the Flying Hills Pool where we service both food and beverages. We are looking for someone to lead our front of house staff, working along side our GM and ownership team. . Managing the floor, FOH staff, and taking care of guests needs, both with the GM and running the shift when the GM is off. Will also be picking up some serving or bartending shifts to fill in as needed. Responsibilities Develop great Guest experience Be the model for Team Members and hold them accountable to operational and quality standards Being self-reflective and holding yourself accountable first Manage staff on duty, making sure we are working smoothly as a team Address any guest concerns or questions, and doing table touches throughout the shift Understand and practice safe food handling procedure Manage and know all Ramp and PLCB laws Must haves: Front of house experience Proven track record of success Ramp Manager Experience Positive Attitude We look forward to hearing from you
