Assistant Manager Full or Part Time

Superstar Beverage is Long Island's Beverage Source! We have been family owned for over 30 years and currently operate ten locations serving Long Island. We specialize in Craft beer and carry one of the largest selections on LI! Join our team and work in a fast paced environment selling Beer and Beverages! We are hiring for a Managerial key holder position in our Amityville location. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year experience leading staff or a store, who are looking to grow with us in a management position. Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Daily opening or closing of the store
• Overseeing and stocking of product onto retail selling floor
• Weekly inventory, replenishment and rotation of inventory
• Providing excellent customer service for all customer shopping needs
• Actively keeping up with cleanliness and appearance of store
• Actively maintaining the organization of the back warehouse
• Actively interfacing with customer through POS and Lottery terminals
• Working with other team members on a daily basis, adhering to and enforcing store policies and procedures
• Actively working with vendors and sales people to purchase, price and monitor inventory
• Any other duties necessary for day to day operations.

Must have the ability to lift 25lbs. As a benefit to being on the Superstar Beverage team we offer paid daily meal time, store discounts, holiday bonus pay in addition to paid time off. 21yrs +. 1 year of supervisor or managerial experience required.
