Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management, staffing, and customer service delivery Supervise and train staff on food preparation, food handling, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and customer service protocols Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end Support kitchen management by supervising food production, ensuring quality standards are maintained during busy hours Lead staff training initiatives focused on food safety, hospitality standards, and operational efficiency Assist in budgeting activities, cost control measures, and maintaining overall restaurant profitability Ensure a welcoming environment for guests by resolving complaints promptly and professionally Collaborate with management on marketing efforts, catering events, banquet services, or special promotions Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, training & development skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and hygiene standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively Experience with inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and cost management strategies Previous hospitality or hotel experience is a plus; culinary or catering background is advantageous Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team environment Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
