Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to join our vibrant restaurant team! In this pivotal role, you will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences. Your passion for food, hospitality, and leadership will drive the success of our restaurant while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual eager to grow their management skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Competitive Base Salary + Bonus eligibility (paid every four weeks) Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards and consistency are met Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent customer service Handle cash management, POS transactions, and inventory control Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to build a strong workforce Monitor restaurant performance metrics to achieve sales goals and optimize operational efficiency Support shift management duties by coordinating staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage Requirements Great attitude! Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and kitchen management practices Hands-on experience with POS systems and cash handling Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes effectively Skilled in staff training & development, team management, and performance evaluation Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences! $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
