Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team in Bethalto, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading our team to success.

Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflowManage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsRun shifts, including opening and closing proceduresHandle cash management and financial transactions accuratelyInteract with customers to resolve issues and enhance their experienceAssist in inventory management and stock controlImplement and maintain company policies and proceduresTrain and develop new team membersCollaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performanceEnsure cleanliness and organization of the store at all timesAssist in various operational tasks such as answering phones and taking ordersQualificationsProven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorProficiency in cash handling and basic math skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiencyFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plusProficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skillsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
