Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at 2600 Bridge Avenue in Pt. Pleasant, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business objectivesLead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsEnsure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptlyManage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandiseCreate and adjust employee schedules to meet business needs and labor targetsHandle cash management procedures and maintain accurate financial recordsImplement and enforce company policies and proceduresAssist in maintaining store cleanliness and organizationCollaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for improving store performanceEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulationsQualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team membersExcellent customer service skills and a customer-centric mindsetProficiency in inventory management and scheduling systemsExperience with cash handling and POS systemsSolid understanding of retail or food service operations and best practicesKnowledge of local health and safety regulationsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
