Storage Facility Location:

Fort Mojave We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Assistant Manager to join our growing storage facility team in Fort Mojave, Arizona. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, outdoor work, equipment operation, and being part of a hands-on environment. This role includes assisting with the daily operations of the storage facility while also helping provide our Boat Valet Service, which requires tractor operation experience. We are willing to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Assist with daily storage facility operations Provide excellent customer service to tenants and guests Help coordinate and operate the Boat Valet Service Operate tractors and related equipment safely and efficiently Perform general property maintenance and upkeep Monitor facility security and cleanliness Handle rentals, payments, and tenant communication Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections Support management with administrative and operational tasks Qualifications Tractor or equipment operation experience preferred Maintenance or mechanical experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Basic computer and phone skills Valid driver's license required Ability to lift, walk, and work in varying weather conditions What We Offer Full-time position Bonus/Commissions Vacation and Sick Time Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Training available for the right candidate If you are hardworking, dependable, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we would love to hear from you.
