Duties include preparing products for sale, control freshness by coding, rotating, or culling all products, and remove out-of-code merchandise, customer service, employee relations, expense control, inventory, shrink, and accurate record keeping. Responsible for directing staff when in charge of the department to include: directing workload, counseling, training, performance evaluations, and supervision. What's In It For Me?
