Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Assistant Medical Office Manager/Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strong background in medical office operations, clinical support, and healthcare management. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic workflows, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing exceptional administrative and clinical support. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in medical office management, proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a passion for delivering quality patient care. This position requires going to our other office locations to oversee them. It will not be in one office all the time. Our other locations are Exton, West Chester, Lansdale and Yardley. Experience Proven experience working within a medical office environment with comprehensive knowledge of medical administrative support functions. Prior supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting is essential for overseeing staff and operational processes effectively. Extensive familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, is a plus. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and medical records management ensures compliance and confidentiality. If you are dependable, organized ,can lead a team, are detail oriented, have an excellent work ethic, can be at work at 6:30 AM then we look forward to reading your resume.
