Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Assistant Office Manager to join our chiropractic team. This role is essential to maintaining smooth daily operations while creating a welcoming and positive experience for our patients. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient billing Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation Coordinate patient flow and support daily office operations Process payments and manage front-desk administrative duties Assist with office organization, supplies, and reporting Support the chiropractor and staff with administrative tasks Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards are maintained Help oversee office efficiency and patient satisfaction initiatives Qualifications Previous administrative or front-office experience preferred Experience in a chiropractic, medical, or healthcare office is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Preferred Skills Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures Experience with EHR/EMR systems Strong problem-solving and patient-service skills Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment How to
