Assistant Operations Manager

Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support the daily functions of our organization. This role is vital in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting the team in executing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of operational processes across various departments. Duties Assist the Operations Manager in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and quality. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards. Coordinate with different departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Support staff scheduling, training, and development initiatives to maintain a motivated and competent team. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute insights for long-term growth. Work with customers closely to ensure their estimtates are sent on a timely manner and their repair needs are met. Experience Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within a similar industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure. Familiarity with the repair shop industry.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
