Full Job Description Assistant Operations Manager Duties:

• Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow and coordination between BOH and FOH
• Support the manager in hiring, training and supervising staff members.
• Manage inventory and stock levels.
• Assist on the line and BOH (prepping, cutting topping, garnishing and serving pizzas when necessary)
• Provide great customer service, resolving issues/complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct quality control in the BOH and FOH and help implement strategies to improve producticity, team work and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Be available to work weekends, day /evening shifts. Experience and skills
• Previous experience in managerial positions in hospitality (preferably a pizzeria) is a must!
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and managerial skills
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
• Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
