What You'll Do:

As our Assistant Plant Manager, you'll play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing plant running smoothly and safely. From production planning and inventory management to quality control and compliance, you'll help lead the charge in maintaining a high-performing operation.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in scheduling, staffing, and inventory planning Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and expense control Follow formulations and uphold feed safety standards Oversee QA/QC processes and documentation accuracy Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, accounting, procurement, and transportation Support safety and policy training for plant personnel

Qualifications:

Strong leadership skills who can effectively delegate tasks, support the team, and confidently lead operations in the absence of the Plant Manager. Strong communication and organizational skills A collaborative spirit with the ability to multitask and problem-solve Willingness to get hands-on and lead by example
