Assistant Principal - Elementary 103 Main St Ste 2, Meredith, NH 03253 Full-time, Contract Full-time, Contract Assistant Principal (Grades PK-6) Start date: July 1, 2026 Due to the evolving needs of our school and our commitment to excellence, Inter-Lakes Elementary School is excited to announce the expansion of our leadership team! We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated educator to join us as our second Assistant Principal. In this role, you will work in close partnership with our existing administrative team to enhance our capacity for supporting student success. You will share responsibility for daily operations, instructional leadership, and the safety of our learning environment. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will drive student success by managing comprehensive building-level systems that prioritize behavioral needs and maintain consistent expectations across the school. Your role blends proactive climate-building with instructional excellence, as you leverage data analysis and critical thinking to coach staff and elevate classroom performance. By collaborating with stakeholders and implementing strategic interventions, you will ensure every student has the necessary resources and support to thrive in a positive, high-achieving environment. The successful candidate is a passionate, student-centered educational leader with elementary school experience. They possess critical analytical and management skills necessary to lead with confidence and organize complex systems. Our ideal candidate brings a collaborative spirit to our leadership team, combining a solution-oriented mindset for rapid problem-solving with the effective communication skills needed to build rapport with all stakeholders. Candidates should have; Master's degree or higher, valid NH Principal Certification at least five (5) years of experience in the field of education, including experience as a classroom teacher. Such alternatives to the qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
